To use our Live Desktop Support system, you must have a trouble ticket number and have been instructed to use the system by one of our technicians.
Please follow the steps below to have one of our technicians connect to your PC.
- Click the "Live Desktop Support" link below.
- Click 'Run' on the box that pops up.
- You may need to click 'Run' a second time.
- When the new window opens, double click on the live support number our technician gave you.
